Yes. IGNITE™ is designed for women who are ready to start, not women who have it all figured out. If you have a skill, experience, or expertise that others need help with, you're ready. Week 1 helps you identify exactly what to monetize. You don't need to have your niche, offer, or pricing figured out before you join.

Do I need a coaching certification?

No. You need the ability to guide someone from where they are to where they want to be. Your professional experience, life lessons, and expertise are enough. Certifications are optional, not required.

Can I really do this while working full-time?

Yes. IGNITE™ is built specifically for working professionals. You'll need 5-8 hours per week (8-10 during Weeks 4-6). The program is designed to fit your schedule without burning you out or forcing you to quit your job.

What if I don't have a big following or email list?
