Is IGNITE™ really for me if I'm just getting started?
Yes. IGNITE™ is designed for women who are ready to start, not women who have it all figured out. If you have a skill, experience, or expertise that others need help with, you're ready. Week 1 helps you identify exactly what to monetize. You don't need to have your niche, offer, or pricing figured out before you join.
I don't even know what I'd coach. Is this still for me?
Yes. Not knowing where to start is one of the most common places women enter IGNITE™, and it's exactly what the first phase is designed to solve. Week 1 is a full skills audit — you'll identify what you already know, recognize the value in it, and choose the one skill you're going to build your offer around. Most women walk out of Phase 1 with more clarity than they expected. If you have skills and experience, you have a starting point. The program takes it from there.
Do I need a coaching certification?
No. You need the ability to guide someone from where they are to where they want to be. Your professional experience, life lessons, and expertise are enough. Certifications are optional, not required.
Can I really do this while working full-time?
Yes. IGNITE™ is built specifically for working professionals. You'll need 5-8 hours per week (8-10 during Weeks 4-6). The program is designed to fit your schedule without burning you out or forcing you to quit your job.
What if I don't have a big following or email list?
You don't need one. This program is structured so IGNITE™ clients can land their first client through their existing network. We teach you how to reach out to people who already know you, warm up your audience, and have confident sales conversations. A massive social media following is not required.
What if I don't land a client in 12 weeks?
If you show up to the weekly calls, complete your action items, and conduct the sales conversations as taught, you will get results. Your success depends on your consistent action. IGNITE™ gives you the proven framework, scripts, and live coaching. You bring the follow-through.
When does enrollment open?
Enrollment opens on a rolling basis. Spots are limited to maintain the quality of live coaching and community support. When enrollment is open, you can reserve your seat with a $500 deposit directly on this page. Why do you require a deposit?
Think of it the way you'd think about booking a trip. When you put a deposit down on a cruise or a resort, that cabin or room comes off the market the moment you pay, meaning it's no longer available to anyone else. Your seat in IGNITE™ works exactly the same way. The moment your deposit is received, your spot is removed from availability for every other woman looking at this program. IGNITE™ is intentionally kept small so every participant receives personalized coaching, feedback, and support. Your non-refundable $500 deposit reflects my and your commitment. If the remaining balance isn't received three days before your cohort's start date, your seat will be released.
What's your refund policy?
IGNITE™ requires a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your seat. By placing your deposit, you're removing your spot from availability for other program participants. The remaining balance of $3,000 is due 3 days before your start date. If the remainder isn't received by the deadline, your seat will be released. All payments are non-refundable. You get immediate access to the client portal, video lessons, and community upon enrollment. This is a digital program with instant access, so all sales are final.
I have the $500 deposit. What if I can't pay the remaining balance when it's due?
We don't offer payment plans for IGNITE™, and that's intentional. The women who get the most out of this program are fully committed financially, mentally, and energetically from day one. That said, buy now, pay later options like Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna are available and completely up to you to use however makes sense for your situation. Your remaining balance of $3,000 is due three days before your start date, and you'll receive a reminder before that deadline.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
