Is IGNITE™ really for me if I'm just getting started?
Yes. IGNITE™ is designed for women who are ready to start, not women who have it all figured out. If you have a skill, experience, or know-how that others need help with, you're ready. Week 1 helps you identify exactly what to monetize. You don't need to have your niche, offer, or pricing figured out before you join.
I don't even know what I'd coach. Is this still for me?
Yes. Not knowing where to start is one of the most common places women enter IGNITE™, and it's exactly what Phase 1 is designed to solve. You'll do a full skills audit, identify what you already know, and choose the one thing you're going to build your offer around. Most women walk out of Phase 1 with more clarity than they expected.
Do I need a coaching certification?
No. You need the ability to guide someone from where they are to where they want to be. Your professional experience, life lessons, and know-how are enough. Certifications are optional, not required.
Can I really do this while working full-time?
Yes. IGNITE™ is built specifically for working professionals. You'll need 5 to 8 hours per week, with slightly more during Weeks 4 through 6. The program is designed to fit your schedule without burning you out or forcing you to quit your job.
Does this work for my industry?

What are the payment details and your refund policy?
Your $500 deposit is collected on your IGNITE™ Fit Call, only after we've both confirmed this is the right move for you. Your remaining $3,000 balance is due three days before your cohort starts. BNPL options like Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna are available if that works for your situation. All payments are non-refundable. Because you receive immediate access to the client portal, video lessons, and community upon enrollment, all sales are final.
