Meet Nik
You didn’t imagine it.
That feeling that one paycheck isn’t enough anymore. Not because you’re doing something wrong, but because you’ve outgrown relying on a single stream of income to carry everything.
I know that feeling intimately, because I’ve lived every version of it.
In 2019, I built a thriving online coaching business.
From the outside, it looked like freedom. I had clients, revenue, and flexibility.
But behind the scenes, I was chasing every dollar and completely drained.
And drained is not freedom.
So in 2022, when an opportunity aligned with the life I said I wanted, I made a decision that surprised even me:
I went back to a 9 to 5.
On paper, it was everything.
A role I loved. Incredible balance. The best benefits I had ever had. And a salary that showed up in full, on time, every time.
By every traditional definition, I had made the right decision.
But something still felt off.
Because alignment isn’t just about where you work. It’s about what you own.
So in August 2025, in the margins of a full-time job and a full life, I started building again.
Not out of urgency but out of awareness.
Then on March 4, 2026, the call came.
Fifteen minutes. That is all it took.
The job I loved, and the income I depended on, was gone.
No warning. No control. It was one decision made by “leadership” else that changed my life overnight.
And in that moment, one truth became crystal clear:
One paycheck is not security. Options are.
My name is Nik Scott, founder and CEO of Her Income Edit.
Her Income Edit exists because I refuse to believe that experienced, capable women should have their financial stability tied to a single decision they don’t control.
✓ I’ve been the woman who built something and burned out.
✓ I’ve been the woman who chose stability and still felt misaligned.
✓ I’ve even been the woman who lost her income in 15 minutes and felt grateful she had already started building something else.
Today, I help women do exactly that.
I show them:
✓ How to turn the skills they already have into income.
✓ How to start a coaching business while working full-time.
✓ How to build multiple streams of income without burning out.
And most importantly, how to create something that doesn’t disappear when a job does.
This isn’t about starting over.
It’s about leveraging what you already know and positioning it to pay you.
And the results speak for themselves:
✓ Women like Jossy, who generated over $10,000 in her first 21 days.
✓ Tiffany, who built her business while managing a demanding career, marriage, and motherhood.
✓ And Talonnie, who stepped into her expertise and built a client base rooted in respect, referrals, and demand.
This isn’t theory. It’s strategy. Positioning. And execution.
Her Income Edit is for the woman who has built a career and knows she has more to offer.
For the woman who wants to create additional income without quitting her job.
For the woman who wants more control, more ownership, and more options.
The truth is this:
X You don’t need more time.
X You don’t need another certification.
X And you don’t need to start over.
You need a way to turn what you already know into income you control.
If you’re ready to do that, start here.
